The dictionary defines health as: “a state of optimal physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity.” We want to help bring you to a higher level of health in all its dimensions, as well as to help you handle whatever problems that brought you in to see us. So, in addition to the various healing modalities we offer, we always emphasize coaching you about positive lifestyle changes you can make that will enhance your healing.
Whether you have come in for an emotional problem or a physical one, part of our work with you will likely involve coaching about health factors like diet, exercise, sleep, posture, and mental attitude. We are always available for personal questions and consultation about these and other issues.
